What are Onboard Coupons?
They are coupons you can use to buy our products from the onboard sales menu. These coupons have different denominations, so you can use them to buy whatever you want during the flight. You can purchase them either at the counter or in the boarding lounges at the airports in Bogota, Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Quito, Guayaquil, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires and San Salvador. Please do not give them away until the moment of purchase.
What are the available means of payment?
You can pay with credit or debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and coupons on board (find them at the counters and boarding lounges in Bogota, Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Quito, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, San Salvador, San Jose and Guatemala City).
Is alcohol served on board?
Yes, only for adults and up to 2 glasses per passenger.
