If I purchased a ticket before February 1, 2024, and I make a change, what will be my new fare?

If you need to make a voluntary change to a ticket purchased before February 1 with our previous fare families (XS, S, M, L, XXL), please note:

• The change will maintain the original conditions of the ticket, which may include an additional charge and/or fare difference. To learn about the conditions of XS, S, M, L, and XXL fares, visit zenAir.com, click on the Previous fares tab and check their features.
• To make your voluntary change, you must select one of the new fares as applicable (basic, light, classic, flex, or business). After the change, the conditions of the newly selected fare will apply.
• In some cases, when selecting your new fare, the system may display our previous fares (XS, S, M, L, or XXL). Don't worry! The conditions of the fare selected by the system will be maintained.
