Refund Eligibility:
Before requesting a refund, ensure:
- Your ticket type is eligible for a refund. Some promotional fares may be non-refundable.
- You submit your refund request within the allowed time frame.
Requesting a Refund:
- Access Your Booking: Log into your PAL account and navigate to 'Manage Booking'.
- Select Refund Option: Choose 'Request Refund' and follow the prompts to submit your request.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request is processed.
Ticket Changes:
To change your ticket details, such as date or destination:
- Log into Your Account: Access your booking through the PAL website or app.
- Modify Booking: Select 'Change Booking' and choose the new travel dates or destination.
- Pay Fare Differences: Any fare differences will be calculated and need to be settled to confirm changes.
